TIMBER SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
- To plan, coordinate and organize all production resources required in order to accomplish the master production schedule or priority list given.
- To supervise that production operates in effective and efficient way as well as comply with standard operating procedures and manufacturing flow to ensure achievement of specified quality, targeted quantity, and scheduled time.
- To maintain production workflow by monitoring processes and variables, communicating the target and standard, observing control points and equipment, supervising people, control materials supply, identifying issues, facilitating
- corrections, revising schedules, resolving problems, initiating and fostering teamwork spirit within and between sections/departments and reporting results and analysing production performance.
- To develop and maintain effective relationship with all production team member by providing effective supervising, promoting communication, coaching, training, building team as well as manufacturing discipline
- To supervise and maintain production operation to ensure the compliance with health, safety and other manufacturing discipline (5S, lean, cost effectiveness, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Technical Bachelor Degree
- 10 years working experiences in production (Timber is an advantage)
- 5 years leadership experience
- 5 years experiences in CNC machines operation
- Able to communicate in English
- Good production supervisory skills
- Strong leadership
- Team player
