Singgasana Hotels & Resort are one of the largest local hotel management in Indonesia. In order to develop our property we need several candidate to joint with us :
1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (MAKASSAR)
Requirements :
- University degree in Acoounting / Finance.
- Good in written and Spoken English.
- Strong Leadership, Polite, Pleasant Personality, and Mature.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years in a similar role or as Accounting Manager.
- Have Good knowledge on inventory & equipment control, cost control and procurement.
- Fully understand with Indonesia goverment taxes & laws.
- Computer skills; technology – savvy; execelent working with MS-Excel.
- Experience with creating annual budget and periodically re-forecasting.
- Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization.
- Ensure implementation of internal control and governance in all area and division.
- Domiciled or willing to be located in Makassar.
2. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (SURABAYA)
Requirements :
- University degree in Acoounting / Finance.
- Good in written and Spoken English.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years in a similar role or as AFC.
- Have Good knowledge on inventory & equipment control, cost control and procurement.
- Fully understand with Indonesia goverment taxes & laws.
- Good knowledge of overall hotel operation, income audit and revenue management.
- Computer skills; technology – savvy; execelent working with MS-Excel.
- Experience with creating annual budget and periodically re-forecasting.
- Strong organization skills, time management skills, good negotiation skills, decision making skills and strategic management skills.
- Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization.
- Design internal control for financial & operational and ensure the implementation.
- Domiciled or willing to be located in Surabaya.
